Returns & Refunds Policy

Please read our pre-order, cancellation, return, and refund policy carefully before placing your order.

Pre-Order Policy

Since each Tag Me Tee hoodie is made-to-order exclusively for you, we have a specific policy for pre-orders.

Cancellations

Before Production:

You may cancel your pre-order for a full refund up until the drop closes and production begins.

After Production Starts:

Once production has begun, cancellations are not accepted as your hoodie is being custom-made.

Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for:

  • Defective products
  • Wrong item received
  • Manufacturing defects
Not accepted: Returns due to sizing issues or change of mind, as each piece is made-to-order.

Refund Process

Approved returns will be refunded to your original payment method within 7-10 business days after we receive the returned item.

How to Initiate a Return

Contact us at info@tagme-tee.com with your order number and reason for return. Our team will guide you through the process.

Exchanges

Due to the limited nature of our drops, exchanges won't be applicable for the current drop.
